What you'll do
Reconnect with yourself in a safe space in this trauma informed yoga class in Santa Clara.
This class will incorporate different types of yoga movements with qi gong, dance, energy work, meditation, breath and journaling. Your instructor, Heather, will teach different resources to learn about your nervous system, to know when you are being triggered, and aid you when feeling triggered.
Yoga has helped Heather to find a voice again after experiencing different types of trauma. She hopes you experience a safe space and that you will come with healing in heart and in mind.
If you're looking for mindful activities, this yoga class is an excellent way to practice self care.
