What you'll do

Is there any other dessert out there more sophisticated than fluffy and soft vanilla souffle drizzled with rich creme Anglaise? Though creating a perfect evenly risen souffle may seem intimidating, once you know the proper techniques, anyone can feel confident to recreate this lovely dessert at home.

Join Chef Michele, in her Cape Cod kitchen, while she takes you through the step-by-step process of making four individual (or one large) souffles from scratch.

Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun time baking something delicious together, from scratch. The taste testing will surely be the best part!

No previous baking experience is required and all skill levels are welcome! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Michele throughout the class and ask questions along the way.
