Join Chef Michele from her Cape Cod kitchen as she takes you through making a classic chicken pot pie from scratch!

You will first learn to make Michele's flaky pie crust, mixing high-quality ingredients and rolling out the dough to use as the top and bottom layers of your pie. Next, you'll work together to make the chicken pot pie filling, marrying together the beautiful and creamy textures and flavors that make this recipe so memorable and enjoyable. It truly is a treat to capture chicken, vegetables and gravy into a delicious pie crust.

At the end of this online class, you'll have a recipe that can be used for future sweet and savory baking, along with a delicious chicken pot pie to share with your family and friends!

In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!
