Hi, my name is Annette, a self-taught, passionate needle-felting artist known for my imaginative approach and intricate craftsmanship. With a love for transforming wool fibers into whimsical creations, I draw inspiration from the beauty of the natural world and my surroundings.

From teaching handwork (doll-making and sewing) at a Waldorf School in North Carolina I found my way into the world of felting. Some of my easy-to-follow tutorials were published in craft magazines, and my exploration of this craft allowed me to create some award-winning pieces. My journey in needle felting has been fulfilling and enriching.

I strive to evoke a sense of wonder and enchantment through meticulous attention to detail and storytelling in each creation. As I continue to explore new techniques and push the boundaries of needle felting, my goal is to inspire others to embrace the magic of this craft and embark on their creative journeys.

I have experience in teaching the young (starting age 5 years) and the young at heart and am looking forward to bringing classes in wet and needle-felling to you.
