What you'll do
If you love making cocktails at home, why not go a step further and learn how to infuse your own bitters for all your favorite recipes. Find a fun thing to do at home to ignite your creativity and wow your tastebuds with unique cocktails made in this online class.
You'll be guided on this adventure by an experienced teacher who will share all their best bitter-making knowledge. They'll show you how to perfect the flavor profile and even some techniques to use your bitters to their fullest potential
To help you craft this incredible cocktail ingredient at home, we will send you a craft kit full of spices and botanicals. You will then infuse and blend them at home to make your bitters. There are eight flavors for you to choose from.
As well as the virtual experience and DIY kit, you will also get some recipes for some fun cocktails to make at home using your bitters. If you need some rainy day activities to brighten up your home, this is ideal.

High Desert Botanicals is a small shop founded by Janel Johnson and Reese Tietje that makes cocktail bitters. When they began their journey they had no luck finding ingredients like milk thistle seeds and burdock root at their local supermarkets and could only buy in bulk from wholesale companies online.
They considered there might be others out there who want to experiment with the fun of making their own cocktail ingredients but also would struggle to find smaller batches of tricky botanicals. So, they decided to sell kits and put on classes to make this fun activity accessible to all.
