There’s nothing as delicious as fresh pasta, and making it yourself completely from scratch takes it to the next level. In this cooking class in NYC, you can make hand-rolled Gemelli using herbs to add to the dough for additional flavor.
While the pasta dough rests, your chef instructor will demonstrate (with class participation) how to make a sweet pepper sauce that is easy to replicate at home. While the sauce is simmering students will shape their pasta of choice. Your instructor will then demonstrate the process for cooking each type. Everyone will sit down and enjoy their pasta at the end of class. Feel free to BYOB to enjoy during the class! The venue has a cute outdoor patio with additional seating to enjoy your meal and drinks (weather permitting).
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.
