From rolling out dough to crafting flavorful sauces, your junior chef will dive into the art of Italian cooking while shaping their very own creations like fettuccine, farfalle, ravioli, cavatelli, linguine, and more.
Guided by skilled instructors, kids will explore every step of the process—mixing pasta dough, shaping it into 4–5 unique designs, cooking it to perfection, and plating their dishes with thoughtful garnishes.
Each day, junior chefs will make multiple sauces that pair with the pasta shapes they've created. Selections include:
  • Cacio e Pepe
  • Pesto Genovese
  • Herb Brown Butter Sauce
  • Bolognese
  • Lemon Butter Sauce
  • Garlicky Tomato Basil Marinara
  • Junior Chefs Choice
Beyond the kitchen skills, this workshop takes young chefs on a journey through the origins and history of pasta, teaching them about its many shapes and the stories behind them. It’s a chance to combine hands-on learning with a love for delicious food, all while enjoying the satisfaction of their creations.
