Came here with my BFF as a birthday gift and it was great! Loved that the terrarium glass was large and of good quality. The kit had everything we needed and there was a decent variety of plants to choose from at our table. I really appreciated that they had a snack and drinks table (was not expecting that!) and the hosts were very friendly and patient. My friend and I signed up for the chunky blanket class as part of a birthday gift and we had SUCH a wonderful time! Cara is an incredible teacher -- very patient, kind, and fun. You do not need any prior knitting / crocheting experience and the knitting with your fingers is not only fun, but it goes very quickly. This class was great! I really enjoyed the instruction and tips from Jo. This is a fun way to craft a gift for yourself or someone else. The kit comes with a file and two wax rings. You can work out your design with the first ring and then have a second to make it better. Or make two rings (there would be an additional cost to have two rings cast. The course fee covers the cost of casting one silverThis class was great! I really enjoyed the instruction and tips from Jo. This is a fun way to craft a gift for yourself or someone else. If you have other small tools around the house you can also use those to sculpt the ring. I happen to have some small files and clay carving tools and they worked for this ring project as well. I recommend watching their videos before you get into the class so that you have the basic idea of what you will be doing before you try to do it. I continued to work on my design after the class had ended and will now try to perfect it on the second wax ring before I return it to be cast. It was fun to see Pippi the cat make an appearance. I would recommend giving this a try and will probably do this again myself. + more

Kat is a skilled instructor with a deep understanding of Kintsugi, guided us through the process with patience and expertise.
As I carefully pieced together the fragments of my broken plate, I found myself reflecting on my own life. Just like the plate, I have experienced myI recently had the privilege of taking a Kintsugi class with Kat, and it was nothing short of a transformative experience.
Kat is a skilled instructor with a deep understanding of Kintsugi, guided us through the process with patience and expertise.
As I carefully pieced together the fragments of my broken plate, I found myself reflecting on my own life. Just like the plate, I have experienced my share of cracks and breaks. But rather than discarding these broken pieces, I learned to embrace them, to see them as part of my story.
As I carefully applied the gold lacquer, I felt a sense of peace and tranquility wash over me. The repetitive motion, the delicate touch, the focus on the present moment – it was all so meditative.
In the end, I emerged from the workshop with a newfound appreciation for imperfection, and a calmer, more centered mind. The class was more than just a lesson in Kintsugi; it was a journey of self-discovery and healing.

We (a class of 16) had plenty of room to observe, participate in demonstrations, and do the work of the class - making dumplings! We learned how to roll a spring roll with rice wrappers, how to make dumpling dough, and four ways to roll and shape dumplings.
