What you'll do
If you want to learn pottery, this intimate pottery lesson in NYC will allow you to work one-on-one with an experienced instructor! You'll be able to learn basic pottery skills or refine your technique with lots of attention.
The private lesson is a great way to hone your skills as a potter as your instructor will be by your side and able to analyze your technique and help you throw larger, taller, and more symmetrical pottery. This lesson can be used for complete beginners up to intermediate-level potters.
Please note that there may be other people in the studio at the same time working or having lessons, but that you will have your own instructor.
Whether you want to learn a new hobby and want to start off on the right foot or need extra guidance to master your pottery skill, this class will inform and inspire you to create!
Your pottery class includes firing one finished piece to be picked up one week after the lesson date.

We had a fun experience during our private lesson! Our only complaint was that even though this was listed as a private class, there was another couple present (although we each had our own teachers). We also had to wait to start because one of the other people was late, which caused our time to be slightly shorter.
But our teachers were great and we had a lot of fun! Very helpful and knowledgeable, just wish it was advertised that this was not true private class.
