In this lively hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to make corn tortillas from masa flour using your own hands and a traditional tortilla press. Your chef will teach you how to brine juicy and tender chicken for tasty chicken pilbil tacos (or tofu pilbil). What's a Mexican meal without some chips and salsa? Have no fear, you will also learn how to make authentic Mexican guacamole, salsa verde from scratch, and homemade pico de gallo. Your Mexican fiesta nights will never be the same once you've mastered the classics from an expert instructor.

It was a easy to follow class. I think the organization and having another assistant would help. I think making the tortillas were the longest procedure yet and I wished there was more explanation on what to expect. However, it is an enjoyable class and enough materials were given.
