Indulge in a fun and delicious dessert-making class in NYC and learn how to make tiramisu! In this baking class, you will learn how to make one of Italy's most rightfully acclaimed desserts.
Lady fingers dipped in coffee and layered with a mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, and topped with cocoa are the key ingredients and flavors that make this dessert unlike any other.
In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of making Tiramisu completely from scratch, guided by our Italian Pastry Chef Instructor. We'll start by making the lady fingers from scratch, which is an art form in and of itself. While they are baking, we'll make the mascarpone cream. You will make and take home a trio of Tiramisu. The flavors will be Coffee, Matcha, and Strawberry. By flavoring the lady fingers accordingly, you can use the same base but create a different flavor profile every time! This is a unique tiramisu recipe that you'll be excited to add to your cookbook!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen, so you can easily recreate this recipe at home. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Class will take place on the ground floor, in the lobby/dining area. The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are not included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in.
