Sometimes it can be a struggle to find delicious vegan food in San Francisco, but in this vegan Italian cooking class, you can learn to make your own!
During this class, we prepare a sumptuous, fully plant-based Italian meal before sitting down to enjoy it together. You will start by learning to make a creamy vegan tomato soup. Next, you'll try pasta making and create delicious S-shaped extruded pasta called “strozzapretti” which we prepare with a vegan “bolognesa” sauce. As a pre-dessert, we have a salad, full of Mediterranean ingredients, punctuated by sweet notes. To finish, Chef Daniel serves a baked apple and vegan ice cream.
