I am an artist, educator and creativity enthusiast, that specializes in the ancient art of water marbling. Marbling is a centuries old mono printing process that involves floating pigment on the surface of water to create patterns that can then be transferred onto paper, leather or silk.

I believe everyone is creative; that cultivating creativity is a meaningful practice that reduces stress and improves one’s general sense of well-being. My goal in teaching workshops is to help others tap into their inherent creativity through the magic of marbling.

I do this first and foremost, by offering guidance and instruction on a craft I am passionate about but more importantly by fostering an environment that values playful experimentation and process over comparison, perfectionism, and fear of failure.

Marbling is the perfect medium for removing creative blocks because it is so user friendly- First time students are delighted to discover how intuitive the process is. I have seen countless people who’ve held limiting beliefs of themselves as not “as not creative” leave with a renewed sense of possibility.
