There is no wedding ring more special and unique than one you hand crafted yourself! In this ring carving workshop in Seattle, you and your fiancée can learn to make your own engagement and wedding rings.
This workshop is a ritual where we will create jewelry that’s inspired by the love between two individuals. What better way to honor your commitment with another person than with the gentle offerings of love, joy, play, creativity, and soulful nourishment present during the creation of your commitment rings?
In this couple's jewelry-making workshop, you will learn wax ring carving which will be casted in metal to craft your personalized wedding rings.
Jewelry is kept and cherished, often for generations, and serves as a vehicle for remembrance. Bring along an object that inspires deep love and a lasting commitment. We wish to create an environment that supports your next healthy step– for all your senses.
A portion of the proceeds from this workshop will go to Marriage Equality USA.

Your creativity, enthusiasm, and desire to create your ring by carving wax into any design you’d like. No experience is needed!
Your teacher
Experience hands-on fine jewelry creation with me, Cat McCadden. We have the workshop and kit for you, whether an artisan crafter or a first-time DIY wax carver. All of your wax materials will arrive at your door; then, log in to your on-demand virtual class to begin shaping and sculpting a ring that’s 100% handmade by you. Your wax carving kit includes casting your ring in solid 925 Sterling Silver with the option to cast in yellow gold, rose gold, or platinum.
