The Macaron class was so much fun! Chef Jennifer was super knowledgeable and clear with her instructions and explaining the science behind the process - shout out to Paola the kitchen assistant as well for being amazing! The studio is small which gives for an intimate feel but not crowded at the same time. Everyone ended up with beautiful macarons at the end of the class, myself included.

The croissant making class was so much fun! Brenda and Paola were amazing! Brenda was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. We all successfully executed delicious croissants thanks to Brenda and Paola's guidance. The venue was small but made the class feel intimate and encouraged teamwork as the work tables were shared spaces. I had a great time will definitely attempt to make croissants at home now that I understand the process thanks to this class!

I had a great time during this class! Pete was a great teacher; lighthearted, funny, and knowledgeable. He made all of us feel like pottery experts! The space was small but gave for an intimate feel, and everyone had one piece they were proud of. I'm excited to pick up my piece next week to see how it came out. The class was a great value and one I may take again in the future
