This was a really fun date night! We had a really great time with Chef Edwin Kelly and team cooking delicious Mexican dishes. He was very knowledgeable, checked in to see how we were all doing and had excellent music taste. The pacing and lessons were really well done and there was enough to do for everyone, even when taking shifts. The venue was cool and clean, and the kitchen was so fun to work in. Our favorite was the tortilla making and enchilada assembly. The food was very tasty, especially the tamales! We will definitely be back again!
