What you'll do
You can create a decorative sculpture in this beginner hand building class in Austin! In this ceramics class, you will learn how to make a skull out of clay that will fit seamlessly into the Texas landscape.
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn basic hand-building techniques such as pinch pots and additive work with coils to create a beautiful decorative skull. Our instructor will guide you through the process, providing tips and techniques to guide you to make a successful piece that can be hung on a wall or simply placed as decor!
These pieces will be fired and then dipped in your choice of one of our house glazes. This is a great way to learn hand building for beginners while also tapping into your creative side, socializing, and creating unique art!
Doors open 10 minutes before the workshop and close 5 minutes after we begin.
