If you're looking to start a meditation or find a community to practice with, join this online meditation workshop! This is a great and convenient way to to start a Meditation practice or to learn a new one.

We will gather online and introduce ourselves. The class will start promptly, so have your camera and volume adjusted. Your instructor will then give instructions on various meditation postures and breathwork. She will also guide the meditation with periods of silence in between.

There will be a talk covering mindfulness of thought, body, feelings, and hindrances. Afterward, your instructor will answer questions. It is encouraged everyone to practice between sessions.

How to work with physical pain and discomfort
How to work with emotions and feelings
How to work with the stress of everyday life


Knowledge required
Beginner and experienced meditators are welcome.

Fern is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher. She explores themes of transformation and connection through contemplative practices. Fern is a trauma survivor. She has practiced and studied Buddhism for over 30 years.
