What you'll do
Embark on a transformative and empowering journey of reconnection, self-discovery, and healing through the power of art and sound in this Manhattan workshop.
First, Alice Dow of Hearttones Sound will flood your heart and mind with the gentle and powerful frequencies of Tibetan bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Flutes, Voice and Drums in order to help you relax and (re)connect to your innate creativity.
Through deep listening, these healing tones will help you tap into your authentic inner voice, washing away any stress or tension, and eradicating the distractions of the outside world. It is a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in an auditory sanctuary, allowing the power of sound to rebalance your mind, body, and spirit.
Once your creative energy is flowing, Therapist and Life Coach, Stella Badalyan will lead an art therapy workshop in which you will use watercolors to express any visions or colors that emerged during the sound experience. As you indulge in the joy of play and creative expression, you may also receive answers to any questions that have been on your mind.
Whether you seek relaxation, inspiration, or a renewed sense of self, this unique event promises to be an empowering experience. No art experience or skill is needed, simply a willingness to be open and experimental! All supplies will be provided.
