Its clever creator realized that vodka’s boozy sharpness served as a perfect foil for the sweetness of cooked tomatoes and heft of heavy cream, and it was through this revelation that a cozy, comforting, perfectly balanced Italian-American recipe was born.

In this fun and hands-on class, our experienced Italian chef will share a family recipe very dear to his heart, having been passed down from his Italian godfather. After sharing, Chef James will kick off this vodka pasta party by teaching you how to make two famous vodka-based cocktails; the Cosmopolitan and the Moscow Mule. With a cocktail in hand, you'll learn step-by-step to create this classic.

By the end of this class, you'll gain the confidence to master your own pasta dish at home.

• Feel free to make either/or of the cocktails, or just the Risotto. It's completely up to you.
