What you'll do
You've likely seen the delicious vintage cake designs all over the internet that look like they were taken right out of the Mad Hatter's tea party. Now you can learn how to decorate your own vintage cake in this online cake decorating workshop!
Your host will greet you in a private virtual room and explain the general techniques and structure of the class. Once the overview is complete, your instructor will walk your through the process of decorating your Preppy Vintage Cakes. Your host will then instruct you on different piping techniques and provide decorating ideas. You will have time to get creative and learn basic piping techniques!
If you're looking for fun birthday party ideas or virtual team building activities learn how to decorate a cake at home! How can you not have a smile on your face with these colorful cake designs?
You will receive the decorating kit approximately 3-5 days prior to the event. Each decorating kit comes with "Kit Care" instructions to ensure the freshly baked product stays fresh and delicious. Cake, cookies, buttercream and royal icing are stable at room temperature. If guests would like to pop baked goods and buttercream into the freezer to preserve freshness, simply take the baked good and buttercream out several hours prior to the event. Royal icing, sugar decor, sprinkles and fondant need to remain at room temperature.

Kara’s dream was to capture the magic she experienced as a young child when her mom decorated her 12th birthday cake inspired by the cover of Seventeen magazine. The cake Kara’s mom presented to her was far from magazine cover “perfect” but it was perfect because of the intention, thought and love behind it.
