The teacher was very personable, easy to follow and created a fun atmosphere. All provided materials were new, clean and functional.
We were able to master basic pasta making skills that we can use at home.

Chef Marco’s enthusiasm, energy and personality was what made the class, he’s amazing. Loved the personalized instruction and passion for Italian cooking. Very entertaining and social, the appetizers and wine were a wonderful touch and his assistant was thoughtful, welcoming and accommodating with water and wine service constantly which we loved. We had a really good time.

Highly recommended! It was a really great class, in a very pleasant, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The studio where it is held is a fantastic place. Marco is a totally likeable and humorous teacher who is full of passion for the subject and imparts a lot of interesting and useful knowledge about Italian cuisine in a very charming way. The catering with wine and Italian antipasti was also delicious and very generous. It was great fun - and after the class you have learned everything you need to continue and perfect the art of pasta-making at home. Definitely book! Grazie mille, Marco
