What you'll do
Get crafty and learn how to make three-dimensional sculptures in a paper mache course in Brooklyn! You're never too old to dive into this exciting and fun medium. Papier Mâché is a fun and creative art that allows you to sculpt with a few simple materials, including paper and glue or flour. Whether you want to make a kooky mask or a pinata, paper mache is the perfect medium! Your teacher will take you through each step of the process, from coming up with the design to making sure your piece is structurally sound. Then you'll be able to add a splash of color and detail work with paint. Don't be afraid to get a little messy in this workshop, that's all part of the fun! By the end of the two-day workshop, you'll have a unique sculpture that shows off your newfound skills and hard work!

She began her career as a Visual Art instructor and Wardrobe Stylist. She launched her own company in 2018. She uses natural and environmental materials to create art that can be used for utilitarian purposes - ranging from furniture, home decor and closet essentials.
