What you'll do
Dive into learning how to screen print, through this 4- week intensive screen printing course in NYC. You will learn the entire screen printing process from top to bottom!
This screen printing class is concentrated on showing you how to make and print screens on apparel, in addition to understanding how to prep your artwork for screen printing using Adobe software. You will also learn how to print on garments using professional equipment in both single color and multi-color. During the course, students will have access to Carousel's Press's 0pen studio during their hours of operation. This means you can print in your free time and work on independent projects throughout the course.
If you want to become a successful printmaker, this class is worth the investment. This class is catered for all levels of printmakers. Whether you're just getting started or you want to refine your printmaking skills, this intensive course will take you through the entire process and turn you into a confident screen printer.
If you're looking for fun things to do in NYC, this art class is the perfect place to start a new hobby and meet some fellow NYC artists and creatives. By the end of the course, you'll have all the knowledge to kick start your printmaking journey and hopefully a few new friends!

Carousel's is a Screen Printing Production Studio based in Brooklyn New York, founded by India Armstrong in 2021. Carousel’s is a proud female owned independent business with a boutique team that keeps the studio up and running. The bread and butter of our business relies on three key factors; during the day time we produce “contract printing” on a variety of products, during the evening we teach an array of workshops for screen printers and lastly we have open studio access for members to print there heart out.
