What you'll make

  • Arroz con Pollo
  • Molton Brigadeiro Cake

In this class, you will make the classic dish Arroz con Pollo with a South American spin. Chicken, vegetables, and rice simmer together for a really flavorful all-in-one dish.
Chef Leticia will also show you how to make brigadeiro, an iconic Brazilian candy. Her take with this dessert makes it a molten, fudgy cake that only takes 10 minutes to bake.

Whether you are an expert home cook or you stick to the basics, Chef Leticia will go through each recipe step-by-step in this online cooking class. When your time is done you'll have a meal to enjoy and new skills in the kitchen!

Please Note:
Students should have all ingredients pre-measured and have kitchen pots, pans, and utensils ready to go before joining your class. It also helps to have your ramekins for your dessert buttered beforehand.
