What you'll do
If you're looking for a way to spruce up your home decor or want to try ceramics for beginners, join this ceramic painting workshop in NYC! You'll decorate and glaze your very own planter. This is a chance for complete beginners to stop in and unleash their creativity with absolutely no experience necessary.
When you arrive, you will receive a pre-fired clay planter to decorate any way that you choose. Your instructor will show you brushes, some stencils, and explain how the glazing process works, Next, you'll be able to paint the planter with our assortment of bright and beautiful colors made with real glass.
This experience does not come with instruction.
After you glaze your work, we will fire it for you. This class includes one fired piece per person to be picked up in one week. What’s more, is that when you come in to pick up your planters you will be given a small cutting to adopt that will already be waiting inside the planter for you.
Whether you're looking for date night ideas, team building activities, or just something fun to try, this class is a great option. Create a hand painted planter that will make for stunning DIY home decor or even a thoughtful gift idea for a friend.
