What you'll do
Learn traditional yoga poses and relax with the whole family at this interactive class in Santa Clara. Together, you'll learn traditional poses, find ways to stretch, explore breathing techniques, practice using your balance, and learn tools to encourage relaxation and stillness.
This unique class is designed for adults and their children (ages 3-12) to bond over a calming activity. During the class, there will be stories, games, and activities to help the younger students stay involved and engaged!
Feel the benefits of this peaceful experience as you and your little one unwind together. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to take home new poses to practice and techniques to help you relax even outside of class.
Please note:
- Each participant should have a mat, and children will be asked to stay on their mat during the class.
- Each ticket covers one parent-child pair, and any additional participants can join for just $10 additionally on top of the original ticket purchased.

Bonnie teaches adults and children alike, but her passion is teaching them together! She enjoys incorporating stories and games so that yoga can be approachable to children while offering their parents, grandparents, babysitters, and other guests the physical, balance, and stretching aspects of a quality yoga class.
Bonnie has completed her 200-hour adult yoga training with Breathe for Change and her 110-hour children’s yoga and mindfulness training with Little Flower Yoga. She has also completed her 90-hour aerial yoga certification.
