Cacao Ceremony Experience for Earth Day

Celebrate Earth Day 2024 with a special Cacao Ceremony in this workshop in Santa Clara.

Cacao is honored as a gift from the gods and helps us shift from the head into the heart. It is seen as a medicine that helps us transform and heal. Cacao holds the vibrations of unconditional love and kindness allowing a loving connection with yourself and others. Cacao's energy is healing, motherly, and very gentle. Mama Cacao speaks to the heart. When we connect with the heart's energy our voice may say from a place of deeper intelligence carrying vibrations of peace.
Join this intentional ceremony with the cacao facilitator, Clarice Rama Crystals, a Brazilian Native and a Cacao guardian. She will be guiding you through an authentic ceremony to serve you from your heart space and into a joyful experience with breathwork, movements, journaling & meditation.

Cacao is more than chocolate, it is a spiritual dimension, an intelligence that we cannot perceive with the mind, but with the heart, intuition, and feelings.
Cacao ceremonies are a beautiful way to connect a group and friends and set intentions from the heart, build deeper connections with one another, and open a space of sharing or just being in togetherness. This is a lovely practice to create a Sacred Heart Space for yourself.

Celebrating and honoring Cacao as a sacred drink in a space of togetherness at ceremonies or rituals is an ancient tradition, originating from the Mayas and Aztecs in Central and South America.

Cacao contains the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine. These assist with feelings of well-being, can combat stress and anxiety, and contribute to motivation. Cacao also contains the neuromodulator phenylethylamine (PEA) which helps the body create feelings of excitement and euphoria. Cacao is one of the highest sources of antioxidants and magnesium, is extremely beneficial to heart health, and helps lower blood pressure.

When we combine cacao with powerful breathwork, movement, and sound healing, we can achieve a sense of calm in the mind, deep connection through an open heart, and witness energy flowing through and around the body.
