French Link Stitch Journal Workshop

Bind your own decorative journal in this craft workshop in San Francisco!

3 hours Class size 1 to 4     label $110

If you're on the hunt for a new journal or love the idea of blending creativity with functionality, join this book-binding workshop in San Francisco! In this craft workshop, you will learn how to make a handmade journal using the French link stitch to bind the journal together.

This style of binding is very decorative and makes a nice journal that can lay open and has flexibility. You will have the opportunity to hole punch signatures (book pages) and sew your journal together by hand. The result of the French link is very aesthetic and makes for a beautiful exposed binding.

These classes are designed for up to four people, so you will receive plenty of personal help and attention. Your instructor will take you through the process of making your journal step by step, making this an ideal craft class for beginners.

You'll craft your project in a beautiful Telegraph Hill apartment overlooking the bay. If you're looking for fun indoor activities or want to unwind with an engaging and creative hobby, this hands-on workshop is the perfect mix of fun and relaxing.
