Embrace your creativity and learn to make functional crafts in this hands-on workshop in San Francisco! In this class, you will learn how to make a small hinged box from scratch.

This class is perfect for beginners and a fun way to engage, focus, and create! You will learn to use small bookbinding tools, a book board, and measuring devices to create your project. You will first construct the box and then decorate it! Your instructor will teach you all the necessary steps to make your box including, how to make small cuts to seamlessly make a hinge and a covering that looks beautiful and streamlined.

Classes are designed for up to four people and you will receive plenty of personal help and attention. The workshop is located in a beautiful Telegraph Hill apartment overlooking the bay. We will share one large table and make the boxes together step by step.
