If you're hoping to host a team dinner, add a special twist with a hands-on cooking class! In this Indian cooking class in San Jose, you will learn how to make a delicious vegetarian spread.

Your chef will walk you through each recipe so you can learn new skills and enjoy a delicious meal at the end of class.

  • Grilled Tofu Tandoori with aromatic Indian spices served with pickled onion, salad and cranberry chutney
  • Choley Masala - slow cooked garbanzo beans in a red hand crafted curry sauce with bunch of warm Indian spices served with Naan
  • Saffron Rice pulao - flavorful saffron peas pulao served with refreshing mint raita
  • Semolina Halwa with nuts and raisins

Hands-on workshops make great team buidling activities, birthday party ideas and more! You'll have the opportunity to connect with your guests and enjoy a shared meal that shows off everyone's hard work!
