Francine is back in The Kitchen Engine Classroom, ready to share her recipes and French Cooking expertise!
This class will show you French food is not only delicious, but easy to recreate at home!
Francine Martinie Chough, cookbook author, French cuisine cooking instructor, and lifelong lover of food will share her decades of knowledge over a beautiful 4-course dinner, with a comprehensive guide to creating an authentic French Cheese Course and why it's served after the main entree! For dessert, Francine will take the intimidation factor out of making souffle, serving you a French classic, Grand Marnier Souffle.
Each student will take home a copy of Francine's cookbook, Bricks in a Pebble Sauce. You'll have your copy personally signed by Francine at the end of class!
