Experience a night in the French Countryside with delicious food and coveted French wines! Our resident instructor, Kristi Fountain will present her experience traveling the French countryside through beautiful and tasty food paired impeccably with six French wines. Each wine will be sampled as wine expert Jean-Christophe Convert shares tasting notes while Kristi demonstrates the recipes for each delicious bite!
Jean-Christophe Convert grew up in Eastern France in the middle of the small Bugey wine AOC. His grandfather owned a few vineyards and as such JC was involved with cleaning bottles, gluing labels, and wine tasting from a very young age. His love of wine has taken him all over the world and tonight he will be sharing his passion with you!
The highlight of the evening will be a tasting of ELEVAE, a rare French Rosé. With only 1500 bottles produced, this wine is being served in the finest dining establishments around the world, from Michelin rated restaurants to exclusive clubs. The Kitchen Engine has procured 25 bottles to share a vintage not to be repeated, a once in a lifetime opportunity!
All wine will be available for purchase after class, students receive a discount on all wines purchased that evening!
