What you'll do

Ever dreamed of being a chocolatier? In this online class, you'll learn how to make and decorate professional-looking chocolate bars with festive toppings!

Before this class starts, everyone will receive chocolate making kits in the mail complete with all the fixin's to make three bars of French dark chocolate plus toppings. Vegan options are available.

Your teacher will demo every step of the chocolate making process, and guide you as you discover how to temper chocolate and how to mold and demold your bars.

At the end of class, you'll have three completed high-quality homemade chocolate bars. Enjoy them yourself or give them as unique food gifts to your favorite people!

Reusable plastic chocolate mold
Three kinds of fun toppings

What you'll need

Microwave (or a stove top to melt the chocolate on a double boiler)
Microwave safe small/medium size bowls
Hairdryer (recommended)
Fridge
Scissors
Spatulas and spoons
Kitchen scraper (recommended)
Tall glass/cup/container (10+ oz) to support piping bags
Paper towels
Candy thermometer
