If you’re looking to find a calming experience that will help you reconnect with your body, then join this yin yoga class held by Moksha Movement. This online class will teach you the basics of yin yoga so that you can practise at home whenever you want!

Yin yoga is an amazing practise that is slow-moving and grounded, helping you to focus on your mind and body. In this class, you will learn some basic yin yoga poses and also learn how to hold them for two to three minutes! By doing this, you’ll be able to target not only your muscles but the connective tissues and ligaments too.

You will be guided through this experience, and learn some pose modifications and deep stretches. You will also learn the skill of stillness and how to be more present and grounded.

This online yin yoga class is a great option for any skill level, whether you’re fresh to yoga or a regular looking for a different style to try out. This class will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and mindful.
