What you'll do
Avocado on toast and fruit smoothies for breakfast are so overdone! Let's get creative with our food to make morning meals worth waking up for. If you're looking for productive things to do at home, this online cooking class is a great way to introduce some new healthy breakfast recipes to your repertoire.
In this virtual experience, you will be guided through three menu items that heavily rely on the delicious taste of vegetables. Each dish can be customized to your tastes and needs, as well as being ideal for seasonal variations that will keep your tastebuds excited throughout the year.
Vegetable breakfast menu:
- Asparagus Nests
- Sautéed Seasonal Vegetable Strata (Casserole)
- Savory Amaranth or Teff Porridge
You will learn how to cook all of these dishes with help from a supportive Chef, with plenty of demonstrations and hands-on experience. It's a great way to learn some new skills and a useful indoor activity to prep your breakfasts for the week.
