In this relaxing live online class, you will learn the practice of Tai Chi and singing bowl meditation, the perfect way to unwind, still your mind, and gain a greater sense of connection.

At the start of this online class, which is suitable for everyone, you will gain a brief overview of Tai Chi and Qi Gong so that you get an understanding of what you will be doing in the class. You will then begin with some gentle stretching followed by Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which encourages slow sweeping movements with deep breathing. You will then finish off with a beautiful singing bowl meditation to relax the body and connect deeper to your mind.

Your experienced teacher will be there to guide you through the entire class.

This experience is designed to get you moving and breathing gently and deeply to restore balance and peace to your entire being.

I practice daily meditation and love using the beautiful tones of the singing bowl to help relax the body and instill an inner peace.
