You will learn to make dough from scratch, as well as roll it out and shape it to create your picture-perfect pasta. Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make a creamy Alfredo sauce, with the help of some audience participation. Serve the sauce over your al dente-cooked pasta and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere. The best part is digging into your delicious pasta surrounded by your fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends.
No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing, and instructive, not hardcore.
