Japanese desserts present a variety of flavors and textures that are exciting to the palate. In this online class, you'll pick out your favorite ice cream and learn the secret to freezing it in a colorful case made out of rice flour and sugar before creating a Matcha cake layered with a homemade Adzuki (red bean) filling!

Chef Jen will impart plenty of culinary wisdom and provide demonstrations as you begin to prepare your ingredients, so don't worry if it's your first exploration of Japanese sweet treats. This virtual workshop is all about having fun in a supportive, welcoming environment.
