You'll learn from Chef Maria, who will share all of her pasta-making knowledge that she has acquired from making pasta with her Nonna and mother in Abruzzo, Italy.

What you will make:
- Fresh pasta dough
- Homemade spinach ricotta ravioli
- Tomato sauce

Chef Maria will demonstrate all of her tips and techniques while you follow along. This is an interactive cooking class, so you can ask questions and get advice as you go.

At the end of your time, you'll have a delicious meal to enjoy and the knowledge to create pasta dishes whenever the craving strikes. Buon appetite!
