Our expert Chef Instructor will teach you to make pasta dough from scratch. After forming and kneading your dough, you will use a rolling pin to roll it out before filling your pasta sheets with a delicious cheese filling.
Pair your ravioli with a simple, yet authentic creamy Tuscan sauce. The creamy blend of heavy cream and white wine forms a smooth rich base that coats the ravioli perfectly. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Class will take place at Vector Brewing. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are not included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed.
