What you'll do
Mentally transport yourself to the patisseries of Paris in this pastry makign class in LA. In this hands-on class, you will learn the art of French Choux pastry.
Choux has the reputation for being difficult, but it’s surprisingly simple! Our Pastry Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make the perfect choux dough, piping, baking and filling to create eclairs and cream puffs!
Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Finish with delicious treats to take home with you and the skills to recreate these pastry recipes on your own! Soon your home kitchen will look like that of a French bake shop!
