Skip the trips to the bakery and learn to make macarons yourself. In this class, Chef Marina will be teaching you the art of making these petite and beautiful dessert cookies. You will try your hand at whipping meringue and mixing batter packed with cocoa flavor, vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. Once the cookies are ready, you will learn how to pipe decadent silky fillings to create delicate macarons that are sure to impress!
Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with others in your booking party.
